The pneumatic cover designed and built by Canobbio Textile Engineering and installed by MB Montaggi SRL was used as a large skylight.

The ETFE cover is of the triple-layer “cushion” type, the cushions are stabilised by 1 unit with 2 fans and also with de-humidification function. Communication systems are provided between the cushions for the passage of air from one to the other so as to guarantee the static operating pressure to the entirety.
