Even as regards this project, we – at Canobbio Textile – fully expressed our extensive know-how acquired over the course of decades on pneumatic tensile structures creating a major cover measuring 4200 m2 consisting of multi-layer cushions that confers stylishness, insulation and luminosity to the covering of the gangway.
The 150 m long and 12 m wide air-supported cover ends with a hanging extension at the entrance of each of the three entrances to the shopping mall.
The two intermediate layers have the function of reducing the movements of air inside to improve the thermal insulation of the membrane.

13 cushions are placed outside the structure next to the main entrance.
The cushions are a mixture of 4 membrane layers with different characteristics required us – as Canobbio Textile- to use all types of welding machines available, from the high frequency ones to the heating bar ones for the production of the layers.

Besides providing the membrane layers, all the details for fastening to the main structure were provided and installed.
